Nice post Bill. What a heart stopper with the figure 8 by the boat. My only time muskie fishing was from a canoe didnt know what to expect. Just a day trip with friends from canada. Tied up this massive 12 inch atriculated rattler and stripped like crazy. I was told they like it fast and the only muskie i got was right off the tip of the rod with the figure 8. It was a baby about 8 pounds but a heart stopper none the less.
