I hope it FINALLY happens this time. They've tried two other times (that I can recall), only to be blocked at the last minute by a fringe environmental group that files an injunction in court. They've always waited until the very last minute to do so, waiting until DFW has already set everything up, thereby costing the California taxpayer hundreds of thousands of dollars.
