San Juan tarpon and nearby peacock bass

Has anyone been to Puerto Rico to fish for tarpon, or peacock bass? I am interested in doing both sometime after the hurricane season. I have a place to stay in San Juan, so that is not an issue. I understand that the peacock bass are in at least three nearby lakes. As for tarpon, San Juan Bay seems to have a good population, but I don't see folks touting fly fishing for them. Guide recommendations and any other input is appreciated.
