This video shows how nice wading for Bonefish really is.

Reminds me of pheasant hunting as a kid, just walking the havested ag fields in the fall.

Almost as fun from a boat.

It's all good....

Some places the flats are very soft so a boat is a must.

A well polled boat is very stealthy.

I much prefer wading to fishing from a boat - just something about walking in ankle deep water and seeing those ghosts! A year ago Keith took a group of us to South Caicos - hands downs the most fun I have had in salt water and this includes a trip to Christmas island back in the very early 80s!!! Though my several trips to Tarpon Cay are way up there as well

Pretty cool indeed, can you see the fish hooked up? Mems

I prefer wading for Bones to fishing for them from a boat. I usually do better wading for them as well.

That is especially true on the North end of the Abacos.

After many hundreds of days spent standing on the pointy end of a Hells Bay, I'll take wading over being poled around on flats any day. Every permit I've caught has been while wading, I just like the simplicity of wading over a boat.....even during the years I kept a boat in South Florida. Hard bottom = let's wade!

That car scene reminded me of how hairy it is driving in the bahamas. Steering wheel on the right and drive on the right side of the road. Add a few rum runners to the equation and its more than an adventure :O
