Am River down to 900cfs! Wow

Seeing how this is one of the dryest winter/spring season in years, I'm wondering just how low we'll see the cfs get this year. At 900cfs, there's already many places you can walk across the river! Anyone have a recollection of the lowest cfs flow they've witnessed?

One of the early 90's drought years it got down into the 500's, and it was possible to cross just above the Watt Ave bridge. EBMUD is mandated to maintain a minimum of 250 cfs, so in theory it could get that low.

....says 336 cfs on May 31st 1990 and stayed under 500 cfs until June 7th..
