Rio Versatip 2

Hey, has anyone tried the Rio Versatip 2 fly line?
If so, what do you think? Pro's/Cons. I'm considering trying one out.

I've been waiting for response here too. I own an early Versitip in 9wt. It is a fantastic line with any of the tips. I remember reading it is similar to the windcutter line with the floater. The only thing I've wished for is a color change at the end of the head on the running line. It looks like that has been addressed with the newest version. Any other differences? If I get time next week I will send Rio a note to ask. The web site is not much help.

Hey Guys, besides the dual tone that Paul pointed out, the RIO Versitip II has a shotened (to 35') and heavier head than the original to make it easier casting and improve the turnover. All of the tips are now looped on both ends as well.

I have the Versitip II kits for my 5wt, 7wt, and my 10wt rod. I can not complain and I really like how they cast!
