Arden Rapids a bit tricky

Not sure if anyone has been floating mid river, but the arden rapid is not very friendly right now. the lower seam has a large clay head barely under the surface, and its in the lane that i usually go down. if you plan on floating pull in the top at the far right and haul over to the left as quickly as possible to avoid the bank. Fishead was on a float with me last sunday and we smacked the head pretty hard....

just fyi, be careful and enjoy the spring weather!!

Hey Tayler! Did you see any shad on your float? I heard a rumour that a pod went thru on Sunday.

yea im guessing if marks 6'6" "230" (245?) wasnt in the front i may have been able to get out of the way. not to mention my boat is TOO BIG. no shad jeff, i didnt see any yet...
