Andy Guibord said he has had lots of good reports from the Delta.
Fishing has been good from the Lower Moke to Franks Tract.
They are just starting to go up into the Lower Feather River.
The big spawning run is headed from the Delta all the way up to Sacramento and above.
Fly fishing from an anchored boat at the mouth of the American River and mouth of the Feather River could be good for Stripers and Shad.
