My buddy Dave Hudson sent me this photo of a nice Crappie from Lake Amador this week.

Dave does more local reservoir fishing than almost anyone I know.

Last February when I was at the Pleasanton Fly fishing show I fished Amador that week and hammered some really nice crappie, one fish in the 3 pound range.

The punk perch pattern hammers them around the docks
