This reel is in excellent mechanical condition and shows very little signs of use for a reel of it's age.
There is one very small mark on the agate line guide that I have tried to show in the photo's. The mark or hairline crack is inside the agate and the the outside is smooth to the touch.
This reel will match up well with a trout spey, small switch or 6/7/8 weight single.
