Most fish are really bright from 12 to 16 inches.
I would use some caddis imitations with a 5-6 weight single handed fly rod or a Switch rod or light Spey rod.
Fish are spend out from Sailor Bar downstream to Watt Avenue.
Water is low which makes the fish concentrated and wading is nice.
