Went to the Rogue late this afternoon and caught and released this 27" hatchery male. Rogue is quite low at 2,150 cfs and we need rain which is forecast for late tomorrow. Took this on a Size 10 black nymph.

First mark is 25" and second mark is 30". A quick way to measure fish.
