Lost gear.

We dumped a boat on the Yuba below the Hwy 20 bridge just up stream from the park. A good lesson for WEARING your PFD and keeping your belt snug - when it happens its to quick to even reach for that PFD on the seat next to you. We all had ours on -
unfortunately or gear didn't.

That sucks! Sorry to hear, glad to hear everyone made it safe to shore. Did the boat make it out safely? Or is it on the bottom of the river?

In the interest of safety, could you describe the situation a little more, type of boat, the circumstances, etc. I will admit at this point I am a rubbernecker.

I feel the same. Some details would be appreciated out of an interest for safety. Thats scary stuff. I haven't heard of that happening too often. I'm really curious to hear how it happened?
