Sage Graphite II 890 DS, 4 pc. 8 wt. 9' fly rod. Original owner. EXCELLENT condition, with very light use. Rod, cork, eyes, ferrules, wraps, reel seat, sock are a 9, with 10 being new. No scratches, blemishes, nicks. No discoloration. The tube has a few small blemishes from storage, but no deep scratches or dents. No warranty card (lost). Rod has a fighting butt. Fly rod with tube and sock included
This is my back up bass and striper rod. It throws large bugs with ease with its medium fast action, and balances well with any quality reel. It's also an excellent for steelhead and salmon.
The Sage Graphite II 890 is a superb fly rod for any beginner for all-around bigger fish use, for those who find the XP a little too stiff and fast (I do), and for distance casting large flies that need a little tip flex to shoot.
