According to my local long time bass chasers in my town in Florida, February/March (spring) is the best time for LMB.
In the fresh water canal behind my house the bass are starting to bed now.
All we need is a little more warm water and the top water action will get real good.
AM and PM is best with small fly rod pencil poppers.
This is a typical smaller bass.......they will get bigger in the next few weeks.
