Does anyone have a suggestion for current, or recent information about fishing conditions for the northern coastal rivers ? I'm not looking for salmon harvesting info, but steelhead info. Are there any good websites about steel heading this area?

I use the following from Redding:
Click on this link: http://www.redding.com/news/sports/local/
Scroll down and click on the latest fishing report. Once that comes up scroll down and you will find North Coast information.

Adam,
google Eureka Times Standard. Kenny Priest writes a weekly column - Fishing the North Coast. I think he does a great job
with it. I always send him an email saying so and send it to his editor, as well. Other than that, try the Eureka Fly Shop.
Best to you,

Or you could just PM Bruce Slighton and ask him what rock to stand. :D
