If anyone is or has been receiving emails from me jaysflies@sbcglobal.net, disregard and don't open. I don't know how the crap I got this and trying to figure out how to eliminate it

your email account has been hacked. change your password and problem will be solved.

I have comcast but I'm using AT&T / yahoo. They (AT&T) told me they can't help and I would have to go to the at&t site and change my password myself. I went there but can't see anywhere to change my password. Like I said, I'm completely blank when it comes to the techy stuff

Jay,
Near the top right corner, below the Yahoo sign, you should a see a blue outline of an envelope and below that
"ATT SUPPORT." click on the ATT Support and it should take you to another page. You may have to "log In."
On the left side of the page, you'll find "Quick Links." Under Quick Links you should find a link that will let you
change the password.
I've PM'd you my phone #. I should be home tonite (Friday) unless I get a better offer!
