Top 5 Nymphs for N. Cal

Looking for your favorite top 5 go to flies.
Winter is here. I am looking to tie some new top flies for the new year. Any suggestions on your favorite Nymphs for the winter months? My favorites are still soft hackles but need some new ideas. Thanks in Advance! ~ magic

birds nest, pheasant tail, small drab greyish tan soft hackle, drowned ant, and maybe a pats rubber legs.

For me it'd be:

1) Pheasant Tail Nymph
2) Dirty Bird - Olive or Tan
3) Pats Rubber-leg Nymph
4) Coper John
5) WD40

I'd use all of these, except the WD40, for steelhead too.
