Eastern Sierra on a Hot Week!

A well planned and thought out Fall color /fishing trip with great advice from people on this site turned wrong when temps stayed in the high 90s and not a cloud appeared. Went with my mom(in her 70s) so with the heat and altitude we couldn't hike to far. Only fished two days 1 a 90 degree day at 9 am at Silver Lake. They would eventually eat bait but wouldn't chase my flies. One morning at Devils Postpile. Skinny water had the fish seeing me for miles!
But I thought I would share some photos.
