Dave "Buff" Hendrickson has been ill...

Barber and rod builder Dave Hendrickson had a heart attack and has been in the hospitol to have some stints installed to open up his blocked arteries.

We are hoping he will be home soon and recover fully.

I will keep you posted as to his condition.

Dave (Buff) was by our fly shop and he looks good....we think he will be OK now.

Will be back to work cutting hair and working on rods around November 1st.

Glad to hear that Buff is up and moving again, i always enjoy getting my hair cut and swap fishing stories with Buff.

Dave was in the shop yesterday and he looks great....I am glad he is "out of the woods".

Dave is one of the "good guys" and I hope he lives forever.

Next year when I am retired we plan on doing some sporting clays and fishing together.

Since I got rid of all my rod building equipment I have had Buff work on a number of rods including converting three old Fisher single handers to switch rods and a 2/3 wt 12' anglers roost rod that is simply awesome for half pounders and light steelhead - was my go to rod on the Grande Ronde this year

Dave was at Joe Shrishac's 90th birthday party last Satuday and looks great.

He might be back at the shop very soon.

I think he misses the social scene at his shop.
