We are getting donations for Joe so he can go on a guided trip somewhere.

If you want to put a few dollars in a card and mail it to the shop that would be great.

If you are coming to the shop for his 90th birthday party on Saturday, October 20, 2012, then just bring a little cash to put in the bucket for Joe.

The party is today, Saturday, October 20 at Kiene's Fly Shop.

11am till 3pm

We have a ton of food so come on over if you have time today.

Store is open from 9am till 5pm today

Lots of fun folks are coming from out of town to see Joe.

Joe's party was a huge success yesterday.......

Hundreds of old friends showed up to help celebrate Joe's 90th birthday.

We will get some photos up soon.



Joe wanted us to thank everyone who came.......it was wonderful.

He got a lot of money donated for a nice fishing trip.......thanks everyone.

Top local fly fishing guides Keith Kaneko, Maury Hatch and Lance Gray have donated a free guided trip for Joe. Thanks guys......

Got a thank you card in the mail from Joe yesterday. My parents taught me that one should always mail a thank you note for any gift that you recieve. With all the convenient electronic ways of communicating, people have forgotten this. Joe, you are a class act!!

We don't have an accurate list of all who came or all who doanted some cash to Joe's "Bucket" for travel so we are thanking everyone we can.

Joe was very toughed by how many of his old firneds showed up that great day.

He has several nice guide trips donated by local guides like Keith Kaneko, Lance Gray and Maury Hatch.

Friend Dan Williams is taking Joe out into the Delta soon too.

Joe will be coming again to Florida to visit with us in February too.

I agree with Jeff C's post. Yesterday's mail included a thank you card from Joe.
Today's youngsters could learn a lot from guys like him.
