Looks like a small Texas creek.

I like the Texas answer. I was going to guess Arkansas or Tennesee not that I have been there, but it looks like the pics I see on the Warmwater flyfisher site.

Scott,
Think you're right! I just cheated and looked at the archives for FF Travel -
Feb 2010. Bill was on a Keith K trip for Amazon peacock bass. Not sure I'd
want to wet-wade that water!
Best,
Larry S

Yes Scott......the Amazon for Peracock Bass during a nice low water period.

The peolpe who worked at our floating came really enjoy all the per existing ideas that people show up with.

We swam in it every day........

It was like a 'Huck Fin' trip for me. No bugs on our trip, comfortable accomodations and great food.

In our floating camp, which allows you to be up river much further than lodges or large deep drafting liveaboards, had 12 people taking care of us, 8 anglers which included two women (wives).

We were shocked at how comfortable it was....

'River Plate Anglers' has 6 different floating camps in the Amazon drainage for about 6 months of the year.

If you do your home work you will soon learn that 'Rive Plate Anglers' is the only outfitter that a fly fisher would ever want to go with.

Put this on your 'Bucket List'.......
