Warm water spieces, bass & panfish, can be good all summer on flies.
You just need to fish early and late in the day more.
I just like summer evenings for top water for LMB and SMB.
I don't think low elevation big reservoirs are not good now because the fish can go very deep.
Ponds are good now in the AM and PM if they are not too weedy.
A little higher elevation bass lakes can be good now like Almanor, Finnon, Siskiyou and Rucker.
Delta is good now early and late.
Streams and rivers for SMB can be very good late summer and early fall as long as they have a little water in them.
