The Fall River Valley is located between Mt Shasta and Mt. Lassen. It provides world class fly fishing on the Fall, Pit and Hat creek. The house is 40 minutes from skiing. The Vermont casting wood burning stove heats the house beautifully in winter. Canoeing, hiking and fun abound in the Valley and neighboring Burney Falls park.

If you know any fishermen or women or just outdoorsy types types looking for a small piece of paradise, please let them know about this.

Bill, I'm seriously interested in this; can you tell me anything about it? Specifically, access to launch & take out a boat is limited on the river. Can one launch anywhere nearby?

If you need any help, Terry Thomas at the shop has been up there in a trailer park for over 20 years fishing all over. He could tell you about how that location is after you get it on a map.
