...it really captures the essence of the place. I was at the other Behety lodge in Feb. and plan to go back again in '13. The flora, topography, weather and wildlife were well represented (though it's too bad they couldn't have got a shot of a condor in- they don't always fly a mile high - especially over the river).

I was surprised to see a single-hander fishing. Must have been tough in that wind! And what's up with all the tip up trout fighting tactics? You need to play those fish like you would a hot king or a Dean steelie: down low and off the butt.

For you guys out there who haven't done this yet, raid the cookie jar, the kid's college fund, whatever, but it has to be on every angler's bucket list. Hell, go for the empanadas at the asada if nothing else. :)
