These spools will fit reels made after 1977 with a raised spindle attachment on the exterior of the revolving plate and a "Reverse Threaded" Screw to hold the spool onto the spindle (Left to Tighten & Right to Losen) which were made before production of the Winston Perfects and the latest production of Hardy Perfects in Asia.
