Don't know whether any of you have seen this, yet. But The Business Forecast Center of UOP has issued an independent cost/benefit analysis of the tunnel project portion of the BDCP. One of their major conclusions, that costs far exceed the benefits derived from this project. Many other negative conclusions about this project also included.
