Legendary Harry Lemine passed away a short time ago. The above is a short piece regarding him.

Altho I never met him, he was one of the first serious fly tyers/Steelheaders I became aware of through books and magazine articles. Of course, we were both much younger then. Reading the material in the link reinforces what my impression of him was. Part of the lore of the Pacific Northwest Steelheading.

Amazing fly tying skills. I couldn't tie some of those classic Atlantic Salmon patterns with a vice let alone without one....
