Just messing around with some technology and thought it might be fun to have a online map that people could add observed hatches to. No fishing reports, or secret spots to cause a big controversy, just where you saw bugs hatching and when.
I made a quick demo at the link below. To add a hatch you have to do a couple things. First, sign in.
Username: matchthehatch
Password: trout
Then click the "Edit" button and choose what type of symbol you'd like to use. Click to add to the map, add your info (including a photo if you'd like) and hit "Close". Then save the map.
You can pan/zoom around the state, change your base layer, etc.
