If you are fishing the Fall, Pit or Hat and want to stay in a nice, clean, simple place in Burney then I recommend the Sleepy Hollow. No bells and whistles here but a nice place that is about $20 less per night than the "downtown" places. On the west end of town, north side of 299. I've stayed at the other places and they are okay if you have a larger party and you need the kitchen facilities, but the Sleepy Hollow works well for a quiet, clean place. No kitchenettes but at least the in-room coffee is better than the usual.
