Drove up to Hope Valley on Thursday 5/24 (Mormon Emigrant Trail is clear all the way).
Wind, lots of wind, gale force gusts at times. Fishing the meadow was impossible, so I headed into the canyon where there was a little more protection, but not much. Caught several nice ones high sticking the pocket water. Flows are good, not as high as I had expected, though. Pretty day even with the wind.
