if anyone is interested in heading to mammoth lakes, hot creek is going really well right now with a good caddis hatch, some fish are looking up but most haven't started to yet, probably next couple of weeks, it really gets going around 11 or 12 and lasts awhile. i fished at non optimum times for just a couple hours and got 2-3 each day off dry flies.
