Our friend and top skiff guide Henry Cowen just posted this on Dan Blanton's message board:

"Thought I would post some footage of some stripers that are on the dock lights on Lanier. These lights are all over the lake and are just sooo much fun to fish. I just love springtime!!! Should remind some of you FL guys of your snook fishin'. Hope you guys like the footage...just click on the info below."

Bill,
This is a blast. I will be in Florida in two weeks doing this for Snook, Tarpon & redfish. It was very interesting seeing the bait that well. All I see when doing this in the past was all the fish not the bait. It is something that would be very fun in someplace like Disco Bay but not sure it has been attempted.

I think it would be neat to try Disco Bay at night....in the summer.

**We do that night fishing under the dock lights with guide Eric Davis, owner of "The Backcountry" in Vero Beach, FL.
