The Fly-Fishing Tours are a hit!

We’ve added two new tours to the lineup that are coming up soon. June 2nd the Lassen Stillwater Tour is up - Lincoln Gray & Ray Narbaitz will be the leaders of this tour. The tour will include both Lake McCumber and Manzanita Lake. These stillwaters are true gems and Lincoln & Ray are perfect instructors for both. A great one day tour at $135 per person

The second tour we have added is the North Yuba Tour. I and Bill Carnazzo will be the instructors for this pocket water mountain stream. This tour is June 18 the Monday after Fathers day. Great fisheries don’t come better than the North Fork of the Yuba. Cost per angler is $135.

Of course these tours will cover access areas, equipment, rigging, techniques and flies.

First off I want to comment on these fly fishing tours that Lance Gray is organizing.

It is pure genius.....why no one has thought of this is amazing.

You will learn the "How, when and where" of special fly fishing destinations in Nor Cal.

They did some last year....one was on the Lower American River.

Having been in the commercial fly business and living and fishing Nor Cal, Lance know everyone and partners up with the right people and takes a group of anglers and shows them around some of Nor Cal's best fly fishing destinations.

This is very powerful stuff......

I started fishing Manzanita and McCumber back in the 1970s and these are two of my favorite small fly fishing lakes.

You can use a float tube, pontoon boat or small pram....no motors needed.
