I just wanted to thank all of you for a great day at the shop. It was great meeting so many people who fish where I like to fish and others where I have been wanting to fish.
I had a chance to listen to one of the presentation given by Guide Jon Baiocchi - Lake Davis (and other surrounding lakes/streams) http://jonbaiocchiflyfishingnews.blogspot.com/. It was probably one of the most informative and enthusiastic presentations I have been to. Instead of showing us picture after picture of fish being caught he pretty much explained how to catch fish in his region during every season of the year, where and when to fish the lake, best places to stay and more. The coolest part was his explanation of the hatches along with real photo's of each bug he is talking about. I don't think I have ever learned as much in one hour as I did today from him. It was also great to see the fish being caught in that area. I can't wait to get up there and throw some line around with him!
By the way, thanks for the food and especially the cold beverages. They were a lifesaver today! Hot, hot, hot!!!

Met up with all the usual suspects and enjoyed each and every conversation more than I ever have done before!
Thanks Bill for all you have done to create such a warm and welcoming environment for all of the peculiar folks who call ourselves fly fishers!
Sharing time today with friends was one of the brightest moments I have experienced in our growing and troubled world... certainly, Bill Kiene has made the world "a better place"!

Bill, Aaron, and the rest of the Kiene Fly Shop staff,
Great job on the Expo today. Good selection of vendors, fly tier's, presentations, hot dogs and ice cream. I hope it was successful for you as everytime I was on the shop there were people in line buying more gear. I especially appreciated the raffle prizes after walking away with the Beulah 10' 6" switch rod. I'll be back in soon for a reel and line to go with it.
