Many large valley reservoirs will have bass up and spawning in the shallows now.....

Everything is dependent on weather from year to year but if water conditions are right our best big fish months on the Delta are March and April. Fish subsurface and look for shallow flats next to some pronounced drop offs, I try to stay on these edges. I also like black and orange for colors this time of year.
