I went up to the lake today to check out John Pato Sr 2nd annual ice fishing tournament and was blown away at how muck open water there is for February. I estimated the lake is about 25% iced over, and with the wind today it could be less in the days to come. Did not check water temps, but there are fish in shallow water. The picture is taken from Mallard Cove. We need snow – Now!
