While Andy Guibord was teaching Bill how to Spey cast, Bill manage to hook two nice winter Steelhead.
Andy said one just screamed way down the river and got away but Bill managed to land the other one pictured here.
If you want to learn how to read the water for finding Steelhead and how to Spey cast, I would get with Andy in his drift boat on the lower American River soon.
