So Andy, how have the floats been?

Hi, blue racer( that is the one snake in Michigan I never could catch- fast son-of-a-gun). The fishing has been very tough, but my boat mate managed to hook one adult per trip. Unfortunately every one came off; one, I lost just before I could net it.. .Mostly these sunny day trips have been great for honing the casting. I personally, in three trips, haven't solidly hooked up. - missed a pull or two,and a few nips. Oh, well ,I will be at it again next week. We sure could use some rain!!!!!!!!

Good to hear you guys are at least hooking up and getting some pulls.

Next weeks rains should help with the water temps and grabiness a bit I think?

I am pretty excited about next week, for one.
