50 years ago we had runs of wild Silver Salmon (Coho) on many of our smaller coastal streams.

I tis exciting that they are trying to bring them back.

I see there are runs of them on the Rogue, Klamath and Trinity River now too.

It is a nice fish on a fly rod.

We have fished them on the Tsiu River in Alaska in September for years now where 50 in a day on a fly rod is not uncommon.
