The tours are designed for anglers wishing to gain knowledge of access points, hatches, flies and needed equipment in order to expand confidence, develop skills and log valuable experience while being guided through the process. They'll dramatically shorten the learning curve for anglers who want to fish these waters on their own.
Valley Steelhead Tour
The “Valley Steelhead Tour” is designed to give anglers information about the best valley river steelhead locations. The tour will cover both the American and the Feather rivers. Greg Vinci and Lance Gray will guide you along both rivers, showing you access areas, riffles, and how to fish them. We will cover equipment, flies, and rigging techniques that have been proven on both river systems. The tour will include transportation along the river, riverside lunch, beverages and snacks. The tour is a great way to get a leg up on the where and how to fish these rivers.
Valley Steelhead Tour
Steelhead Tour Jan 7-8 Open
Tour fee is $240 per guest for the two day tour.
River transportation, a riverside lunch, beverages, and snacks are provided
Guest must posess a vaild California fishing license and a Steelhead Card.
Guest need to bring their own equipment and wading gear.
