If you are looking for a nice, light summer steelhead rod that can handle silvers and chums as well, this would be our recommendation. It's a great rod for skating big dries on a riffle for summer steelhead or streamers and leeches for big browns. When you're sitting low in the water in your float tube, chasing big rainbows you'll appreciate the extra length because you can move a lot of line with minimal effort. It handles large flies and will cast a long line accurately.
Comes with rod sock and tube.
