We're going for a new craft shakeout Sunday (16th) and want to go someplace very close and on flatwater. Is Folsom even remotely worthwhile this time of year for those of us who don't use leadcore and Rapalas? ;-) Suggestions as an alternative within 30 minutes of NE Sac?
