Try to get out in this month if you can.
It is a magic month where almost everything is biting except American Shad.
If it is warm it is LMB time on top.
It is the start of the fall Delta Striper season....November is the top month though.
It is my favorite month for Steelheading.
Trout in most streams are usually very good.
Trout in most lakes are really suicidal in October.
We are having much better salmon returns than in past years too.

In October there are way too many choices..............
November can be excellent too but by December it is so cold.
