"They" can "salvage" 11 million fish (kill 10 times plus that are not "entrained") in just 8 months AND...... still owe the taxpayers of the good ole US $450 million plus (interest free outstanding balance from the 70's) in construction costs..........

"Joe-Wage-Earner" of CA has nothing to fish for and is paying for it, literally.

T wonder how quickly the corporate users of this water would act (...since recent laws give them the rights of a PERSON!)...if we divided AND itemized the fines of the fish they have killed and KEEP KILLING--just like those that you or I would pay for a couple dozen mixed medley of small salmon smelt,sturgeon,etc... /in our bait bucket dead!!!--next to our cast net.....!!--just curious ----by the way, what is the fine for killing a protected salmon???

Being that 'they' have not bothered to repay the $450 plus million from way back, they'll just rip up and toss any subsequent citation for poaching.

One year, it's Westlands and their ongoing scam, and today it's Solyndra that goes belly up in Fremont and takes $500+ million in taxpayer money with them......

Oh, but it's all good because "it makes for good business" we're told..... :\\
