We go every year to this one because we live in Davis, CA.

Through this Sunday......August 17-21, 2011

Have to have the home made tacos, then a corn dog and finally a frozen banana, dipped in chocolate with nuts.........

They had the "Yolo County Idol" contest last night too.

20 contestants, of which all were good but about half of them were shockingly good.

Don't forget the destruction derby...my first time last nite..a.but it seems like it is THE event in Woodland. I WILL be going back next year...to see more of my students crash their cars

Went Friday with my son, had a fun time doing the local gig. Seems like the entire town comes out for this little fair, and that makes it a blast. We see neighbors, teammates friends, just about everyone. The demo derby sells out really early, if you try to get a ticket the night of, forget it. One of the best things about living in Woodland is the fair. Makes me enjoy living in a small town even more.
