I have a slightly used TFO Mini Mag 8/10 3pc fly rod for sale. Used for a back up striper rod and is no longer needed. I was throwing a Rio 350gr striper line on it and it loved every foot of the 100ft of line, icluding some backing.
Info on the rod:
8' 3pc rod, 5.4oz, rated 300-400gr lines and is a 8/10wt rod, salt water capable, oversized titanium-oxide stripping and snake guides, a channeled and cushioned up-locking reel seat, and flor grade full wells grip and fighting butt, the 8’ Mini Magnum rods utilize Temple Fork’s Bluewater Technology (a hybrid combination of S-Glass and high-modulus carbon fiber for exceptional lifting power and casting ability) Every bluewater rod goes through TFO’s proprietary TiCr coating process twice, adding power and durability.
