Headed to my North Delta Honey Hole to find temps in the upper 70's. This spot was consistently producing quality fish every outing till summer actually showed up and spiked the temp about 6 degrees. After striking out on over a half mile or so of fishy water we were bummed. On our way home a nice little bend caught our eye and the temps were in the low 70's. We managed about 4 LMB's and my best TW Striper to date. Ended up being the best night of the year for quality fish.

And my brothers question earlier in the night was answered, do Stripers eat frogs??? I would say yes.

If you look close in the last pic you will see a large half digested shad, a crawdad, and my frog stuffed in his gullet. These fish definitely have no shortage of food.

Hope you other guys are able to take advantage of this incredible fishery. We are very fortunate to have it in our backyard.
