What is the main difference between TR spey rods and Decho spey rods??

In the art of looking for another rod. Im looking for a big river rod/ heavy sinktip fly rod. Looking at either the 14-0 9wt TR or the 13-6 9wt decho. Have heard nothing but good things on the dechos but really haven't heard much on the TR's. So what or has anyone any experience with these two rods. Thanks for the info

The decho rods have a more traditional action slower more progressive taper and bend all way to the cork.
The tr rods are faster and less flexible.
