WTB low cost 8/9 reel

So it looks like my lost 10 wt may not be coming back, after it went swimming in the feather a couple weeks ago.

That said I need to get another rig going for a 9/10 setup to throw shooting heads.

I'm not in a spot to drop a lot of money on a reel, so was hoping to get some suggestions on a decent reel for holding 100-200 yards backing, 100 ft 30# mono and a head. I'd like to keep it under 100 dollars.

Any suggestions?
